Shipping policy

Digital files are delivered immediately with a link in the order confirmation for download from Shopify's server. For files larger than 5GB, a text document is delivered with a link to download from DropBox.

Physical goods for customers in Norway are shipped from our warehouse in Norway.

Physical goods for customers in the EU are shipped from our warehouse in Germany or Sweden.

Physical goods for customers outside the EU are shipped from our warehouse in Norway, Germany or Sweden. 

Free DHL Express worldwide shipping on all orders above €200. Orders for customers in the US are shipping as normal. Contact us for specific arrangements and details.
